How We Pack

At Swan Collectables, condition is key when it comes to our items. We pride ourselves on giving you the mint condition item you paid for and are expecting!

We know that nothing hurts more than when your order gets damaged so we carefully hand pack all of our items as well as pack our standard-sized Pop Vinyls in a FREE POP PROTECTOR!

Domestic Shipping

We ship all our orders out of Metro Melbourne. 

If for some reason the item(s) you have ordered are out of stock, we will fully refund you the total cost of the item. If we are due to get more stock of the item you ordered shortly, we will email you and work out if you want to be put on backorder or get a refund.

We operate between Monday-Friday at 9-5:30 p.m., orders placed between these times will be processed within 1-2 business days.

We offer shipping calculated by weight at Swan Collectables if the total value of the order is under $150. Any orders over $150 will receive FREE SHIPPING, complimentary of Swan Collectables. This EXCLUDES EXPRESS SHIPPING.

If you choose to pay additional shipping for our domestic Express Post option there is no Free Shipping. Rather, your shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight of your consignment and the address it is being shipped to.

To select Express Post for your order, you will need to add the items to your cart, head to the checkout, and add your shipping address (including postcode), as the Express Post option will only show after these shipping details are provided.

Lost Items

Please be aware that Australia Post will not allow an investigation to begin on missing items until a period of three weeks (15 business days) has passed after the parcel has been handed over to the carrier partner in the destination country.

International Shipping

We do not offer International Shipping at the moment due to being a small business. But we hope our business will grow and as it grows in the future we will be able to offer all our customers International Shipping!
